We issue “Consignment Contract” when we keep your jewelry.
Keep the "Consignment Contract" carefully. We do not issue it again.

It’s possible to return your jewelry whenever you want to. We will appreciate if you inform us beforehand.
However, in case of the offering/dealing, you can get it back only after the offering/dealing has been canceled.

In case of return, if you have unpaid fees of fixing and of identification in case of return, pay for them at that time.

In addition, if consignment extends over a long period of time, we may ask you to take back your jewelry or may suggest reevaluating the selling price.
