Your consigned jewelry is insured.
Bringing in your jewelry to JEX store is the best way, but you can also send it by post or door-to-door delivery service.

If you send it to us, we recommend you to send with insurance by transportation company.
The fee of shipping and the other fee will be charged to you.

We suggest our selling price refering to dealer's price, normally it will be 1/3～ 1/2 of market price, considering “popularity” and “attractiveness.” Only when the both sides have made an agreement, your jewelry will be on sale in JEX.
Please allow us that there are some range of jewelry we are not able to keep.

ID card below is required by law when you consign your jewelry.
